We are an award-winning, youth-led charity organisation whose main aim is to support young people in Scotland as they settle as new Scots in Scotland or even as they navigate their life in Scotland towards positive destinations. From building a community for young people who are facing isolation to offering mentorship and support towards young people's goals and dreams, One Community Scotland is here to help!

Practical support to help young people prepare for work through CVs, interviews, cover letters, and access to apprenticeship opportunities.
Creative and skills-based sessions focused on financial literacy, arts, sport, confidence, and positive mental wellbeing.
Accessible workshops on everyday laws and issues young people encounter, including stop and search, relationships, drugs, crime, safety, and rights.
Inclusive sessions that support New Scots and celebrate Afro-Scottish heritage, helping young people feel connected to their communities.
Workshops on CV writing, interview skills, personal statements, and cover letters. We support applications for academic opportunities, including scholarships, and connect young people with apprenticeship schemes through partner organisations. Information sessions and tours help them explore potential pathways.
A yearly creative showcase starting with the theme “See Me” (last year: See Me Thrive). Each year features a different medium — painting, photography, or other forms — celebrating young people’s artistic expression.
A tight-knit boys-only group developing outputs such as podcasts on topics including knife crime, dating, and the risks of exploitation, helping participants explore and discuss real-life challenges.
Based at 50 W Campbell Street, 2nd Floor, Princes House, Glasgow, our youth hub offers after-school workshops and social programs in a safe, welcoming environment. Young people can relax, socialise, and build friendships while engaging in meaningful activities.
A learning initiative in partnership with the SVRU, offering training to professionals working with young people such as schools, police, social care, NHS, and more. We’ve trained nearly 100 police officers and co-created an animation learning guide for schools, used widely as an educational tool.
Youth-led outdoor activities during the summer that reduce social isolation and promote integration. Includes gatherings for BME families, shared meals, and Afro-Scottish heritage activities, fostering community and connection.
